All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Processing times do not include shipping times, which depend on the selected shipping method at checkout.

During peak seasons or sales events, order processing times may be slightly delayed due to high order volumes. We will always do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer several shipping options to ensure timely delivery. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method you select. Available shipping options include:

  • USPS Priority Mail – Estimated delivery within 2-4 business days

  • FedEx or UPS – Estimated delivery times vary based on the service selected

Shipping Rates

International Orders

We do offer international shipping; however, delivery times vary by country and are not guaranteed. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country’s customs regulations. We are not responsible for any customs delays or restrictions that may affect your shipment.

If an international order is returned to us due to customs issues or an incorrect address, we may attempt to reship the order or issue a refund at our discretion, minus shipping costs.

Backorders & Out-of-Stock Items

In the rare case that an item in your order is unavailable, we will contact you with an option to wait for restocking, choose a replacement, or receive a refund for the item.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives with damaged or missing items, please take clear photos of the package and affected items and email them to thebagstation24@gmail.com along with a brief description of the issue. Our customer support team will assist you in resolving the matter as quickly as possible.
