We cannot accept packages that are opened/broken seal.
Please note that return postage is paid by the customer, and it is highly recommended to use traceable shipping to ensure that your return reaches us successfully.

Provided the merchandise is in good condition, when returned, we will provide a full refund to your original form of payment within 24 hours of the order time.
