Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products and to ensure the safety of our customers, we do not accept returns.

However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, we may offer an exchange. To request an exchange, please email us at thebagstation24@gmail.com with your order details and photos of the damaged item. If approved, send your item to:

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

  • If we are out of stock of an item you ordered.
  • If your order is canceled before it is shipped.

Approved refunds will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  2. Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.
  3. Contact your bank, as there may be delays before your refund is posted.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If you are returning an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we do not guarantee receipt of returned items.

International Orders

We make every effort to ensure smooth delivery for international orders, but we are not responsible for any customs seizures or delays. If you are ordering from outside the U.S., you do so at your own risk.

Shipping Responsibility

Once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for delivery delays due to postal service errors, weather conditions, or other unforeseen issues. We can assist by opening an investigation, but we cannot reship or refund an order that has already been shipped.
